Italy and countries within the European Union: all products have a fixed delivery cost of €5. All orders equal to or above €55 automatically qualify for free shipping.
The rest of the world: all products have a fixed delivery cost of €8.90. All orders equal to or above €79 automatically qualify for free shipping.
Shippings are made by our partner couriers and are express, with an estimated delivery time of between 1 and 3 working days (1 or 2 extra days may be required for the islands and remote locations). A confirmation email will be sent at the time of dispatch specifying the tracking code and the delivery company used.
The User is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the information provided. The User must promptly contact Cingomma if correction or modification to the delivery address occur. Click here to find the contact details.
Both in Italy and abroad the delivery process requires that, in the event that the recipient is absent when the courier arrives, the courier leaves a card with contact details to organize a second delivery, in order to successfully complete the delivery. In the event of delivery’s failure due to the recipient’s absence at the time when courier attempts to carry out delivery, the package will remain in storage. It will be a User’s duty to take care of the collection. The order will be delivered back to Cingomma if the User will not collect it.
The User will be contacted by our Customer Service in order to check if it is preferred a redelivery or a refund (delivery and storage fees will not be included)
How does it work?
If for any reason you are not happy with the product purchased online, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the conditions described on this page.

Conditions for returns
All product returned in accordance with this procedure will be checked by us.
The products purchased must not show any signs of wear.
Returns will not be accepted in the event of:
– Visible signs of use
– Damage to products caused by transport (you should check your purchase with the courier at the time of receipt).
No refund will be possible in the event that the product is lost in transit during the return. We recommend using a courier that offers a tracking service.
Delivery of returns

Only the sales price of the product returned will be refunded. Any customs fees, taxes and the original delivery costs will not be refunded.
The sales price will be refunded using the same method of payment used by the customer and will be completed within 10 working days of the date of receipt of the returned goods.
A refund will not be made in the event of:
– Events of force majeure, for example natural catastrophes
– Signs of inappropriate use
– Alterations made by the purchaser or third parties
– Excessive use or excessive handling by the customer
– Signs caused by normal product use
Quality defects or incorrect product
If the product has any quality defects that may affect its use or is significantly different to the product ordered*, Cingomma will be happy to refund the sales price, transport costs, customs fees and taxes (on presentation of the customs documents) and the original delivery costs.
All products returned in accordance with this procedure will be checked by us to verify any quality defects before said costs are refunded. Before sending any goods, please contact us.
*Products with features caused by the unique nature of the product itself, such as signs of use on the material, small amounts of writing or cuts, washing levels, etc., are not considered “significantly different”. These features add value to the product, as they bear witness to the unique and one-off nature of every one of Cingomma’s products.
